Since joining Unlimited Systems in 2022, my role has grown from User Experience Intern, to now, where I am a User Experience Designer II. Much of my work is focused on the scheduling portion of our application. This feature spans multiple products from our front of house product Unlimited Financials, to administrator applications that allow for customization and configuration.
Our scheduling feature allows medical practices to accurately keep track of upcoming and past appointments. Scheduling is the first step in a long list of tasks that must be completed at a medical practice, as such, it is extremely important that scheduling is easy to use and is error free. Our current efforts are directed toward customization of the schedule to minimize scheduling errors and enhance efficiency.
